2020 Gymbus Celebration Information
Our 2020 Gymbus Celebration will be on
May 30, 2020 at Flipside Gymnastics

On May 30, 2020 we will be having our 14th Annual Gymbus Celebration at FlipSide Gymnastics.  Parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends are invited to come and watch their child demonstrate his/her new and old gymnastic skills as well as receive an awesome trophy award at the end of the performance.

Children should arrive 15 – 20 minutes early.  Please be sure your child has used the restroom or has on a fresh diaper prior to dropping them off on the main floor. If you arrive earlier than 20 minutes, you may have trouble parking as parents from the previous show need adequate time to clear the parking lot before your show begins arriving. We will not take your child on the floor until 15 minutes before show time.  Please plan accordingly.

(TICKETS PURCHASED AT THE DOOR WILL BE $10.00 PER TICKET – CASH ONLY)

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT FLIPSIDE GYMNASTICS:

  • Parking will be available at the gym as well as in the surrounding parking lots.THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE GYM LOT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE THE PARKING AREA ACROSS THE STREET OR AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JUST DOWN THE STREET. Please drop handicap people at the front door prior to parking.
  • Everyone is welcome to sit in the chairs on the main floor, however, please do not let spectator children sit in front of the coned off area. Bleacher seating is also available upstairs.
  • Please designate one person to drop you child off with a GYMBUS staff member who will be sitting in your daycare area on the main floor.  Gymbus staff will name tag your child and give one name tag to you.  Please put this name tag on, as you will need it to pick up your child after the performance.
  • After the show, please have the SAME person who dropped your child off return to pick them up. 

My staff will not release your child if they are unfamiliar with the adult picking your child up.
Name tags are required to pick up your child.

**Everyone is welcome to videotape and take lots and lots of pictures!  Due to insurance regulations, pictures taken after the performance may NOT be on any of our equipment.

*****IMPORTANT*****

*If your child arrives and does not want to participate, they may watch the show and a GYMBUS staff member will walk them up to receive their award during our awards ceremony.  Due to insurance regulations, parents may NOT participate with their child.
